Artist Path Music was originally founded in 2015 as a guitar school based in Torquay, on the surf coast of Victoria. At that time we had tailored a guitar lesson program for a couple of primary schools in the local area. 

I love teaching kids, and the more I taught, the more I developed my own method.. This method was about focusing on key aspects such as songwriting, improvisation, good technique and theory. 

I used a few guitar method books which we around at the time, but I felt there wasn’t any book which touched on all the subjects I wanted and also one which was nice to look at.. I thought.. “wouldn’t it be great to have an Australian themed guitar book for Aussie kids?” 

Hence the dream was born!
